Hello Engineers, my laptop screen suddenly went blank white and refused showing pictures. Whenever i on it i do hear the starting window sound, and sometime it will show uncleard pictures with stride and goes white again. What could be the problem pls?

window 8 did not install d drivers of ur bluetooth. Go to google type ur system name, bluetooth drivers for windows 8, den download and install it it will work.

Am using an Asus laptop, it came with windows 8.1 so I tried downgraded it to 8.0, ever since then I've being having issues with the brightness.

I had to reinstall 8.1 back, the same issue.

When I click on the battery icon, Adjust screen brightness and try to reduce the brightness with the slider, it does not work.

Everything appears drived.

Ermm may I know why you downgraded? Win 8.1 is much better than Win 8.0.

Have you reinstalled the drivers that came with the system?

You go need drop that system for some few days and be ready to part with a sizeable fat check. Lol.
