Woow! Joo Won is my new fave! Just saw him in Good Doctor and I've been considering watching Tomorrow's Cantible but....the reviews are so-so. He's such a great actor, might watch a few episodes. Right now I'm into the following - Birth of a Beauty (what a crazy weird drama but it's growing on me...) Pinocchio (not sure what to make of it after ep. 05 but I'll stick to it too) as well as Dr. Frost, Bridal Mask and King's Face. Whew! This is why I only stuck to historical/period dramas...cos if I start with all these modern series, I might never get to slow down

you definately gonna love Tommorow Cantibile.. pinocchio eps 5 and 6 was boring ....birth of beauty is kinda funny and ok but Modern Farmers is alot better...Misaeng is also great....Try love Frequency its about daily challenges in realationships for singles

Thanks! I'm worried about Pinocchio...it's losing steam soo fast. I will try Misaeng! Been hearing about it. Also, will check out Tomorrow Cantible, so long as it's Joo Won Birth of Beauty is a whack storyline but I watch it for the main actor who was also in Good Doctor...Awesome recommendations, I appreciate it!

and i will advice you to download with your blackberry and then send it to your android ....you will be able to watch it

Oh, that's true...you can't do anything when you're downloading directly to your phone. Wow. I suggest you download one by one, because automatically your phone arranges the episodes according to time of download.

So try downloading them in their correct sequence eg download episode 1 before episode 2 and so on. That way, you just start watching from the first download.

This is how I did when downloading on my Android phone. I downloaded them in a way that each episode was the next one from the last so I just watched them in order of how I downloaded them. Though the names of the episodes remained in strange letters and numbers.

Lately I've been on the lookout for unique dramas, whether saguek/historical/period drama vs. modern drama.

So far I'm impressed with [size=14pt]Birth of a Beauty[/size]. Episode One was like wtf but I kept watching because I was thinking, this drama can't be so bad or stupid. Now at episode 10, I have to say this is a must-watch. There's comedy (lots of it) great actors, some romance (so,so) and lots of drama LMAO.

Another one I checked out was Blade Man. The male lead's acting is so crazy, I can't even stand to watch him. Will this be any good? I'm afraid to keep watching and find out. In the mean time, can't wait for the next episode of Birth of Beauty (B.O.B)!!!

I never dreamed I could ever sit down and watch a series that wasn't a historical or period drama.

But I'm now watching [size=14pt]King 2 Hearts[/size], a great action romance (?) series starring Ha Ji-Won (Empress Ki) and Lee Seung-Gi (Gu Family Book). I started watching it because I'm a fan of Ha Ji-Won after she played Empress Ki. Also, there's Lee Seung-Gi who was Kang Chi from Gu Family Book so that's cool too.


So far I'm enjoying the King 2Hearts series. Very refreshing and action-packed. Unlike "You Who Came From the Stars" which I couldn't even finish episode one, I'm now on ep 03 of King 2Hearts so that's saying something

Lol she was talking like that, because South Korean wives (esp when married to royalty) have to act all submissive and timid You're right it just made her look/sound silly. I liked her Empress Ki performance the best but of course that's a separate role entirely.

Cool! It was recommended by fijiano202 and I'm really glad I went for it and ignored all the low ratings. It's actually quite good.

I don't find her pretty at all. She looks like she's had Botox around the lips. She doesn't do 'quirky' 'cute' and 'silly' the way other actresses in the genre can.


I download episodes to watch on my iPad...mostly binge-style meaning several episodes at a go. Currently watching the tail-episodes (10-16) of Cantabile Tomorrow. Next - Misaeng or Mr. Baek. All lined up lol
