it will play one dumb sound like a bell and tell you

I received the same message twice...from different (foreign-looking) numbers.
Whatsapp didn't have issues like this until Facebook purchased it. I really hope this isnt the beginning of annoying, pointless and random messages. They really should find a way to fix their spam settings. This is a new (and very unwelcome) kind of crap.
