Nobody should be detained without trial. Where it's proven without reasonable doubts that people have been detained wrongly, the FG must apologize to save us this sort of situation.

If the entire naija judicial system canot establish a case of terrorism on a guy, is it nemesis that will now establish it? can you mention a single nigerian dat does not have a relstive in the nyanya bombing? Name one out of the 170 million nigerians. so who do you think is sheilding the boy from justice if we all have relatives in the bombing? our decieving government jst couldnt cath the bad guys and suddenly teamed up with interpol to decieve us dat an arrest hs bin made.

This underlines the level to which this country has degenerated.This guy confessed to being part of the nyanya bombing schemings and even threatened to do more.Now,he is looking for money to continue from where he stopped. Am sorry for this country.All these wont happen if we have a PRESIDENT.

APC caused everything. APC made the SSS inefficient. APC tied the hands of judges who had no choice but to rule thus because of the poor case submission. Also APC has been employing very bad, unqualified agents who must come from the South-South into the SSS since GEJ came into power. APC has rendered Nigerian Security agencies ineffe ctive and laughable. APC even caused the procedural mistakes that made Boko Haram nearly take over SSS headquarters close to Ask Rock recently. APC continues o make the President clueless everyday. Blame APC.

Whether he looks guilty is not the issue. The issue remains was he found guilty by a court of competent jurisdiction? No. The standard under our criminal justice system favours the presumption of innocence on an accused person until a court of competent jurisdiction adjudges him guilty. Till then, he's innocent and an innocent person can sue for an abuse on his fundamental human rights.
