As you read this, plans are in top gear for the birthday celebration of Rev. Chris Oyakhilome, President of the Believers’ Loveworld Inc.(Christ Embassy) tomorrow, Sunday, 7th December 2014. The thanksgiving service will hold at the Christ Embassy headquarters in Oregun, Lagos.

Other activities lined up include philanthropic activities for elderly care/senior citizens, and the hungry & homeless; health & safety service/hospital services; education/school activities; child care & safety activities; community service.

In his most recent profile available on the website dedicated for birthday greetings, his marital status which used to be at the end has been deleted. The last line of the profile simply says, “Pastor Chris also pioneered the establishment of the Inner City Mission of Christ Embassy, a ministry to children living in the innercities of our world, to give them a hope and a future.”

His profile now also reads that, “He is the AUTHOR of the bestseller Rhapsody of Realities, the number one daily devotional around the world” as against months back where he’s identified as CO-AUTHOR with his wife”. Contrary to this ‘papered move’, there are unconfirmed reports that his estranged wife Rev. Anita Oyakhilome may stage an appearance at the special service while his daughter Sharon and her younger Charlyn will be in attendance.
