Use 'Insert Flash' button to change the width, height size and link from embed file for forum as example below:

Also it can be from your web host server where you upload your flash-based video file(.swf) from your html directory.

ok, go on you tube right:
1. get the embed of the video you wantthen try to look for the site of the video:
eg.

the bolded font is the site i want.

2. look for the flash icon next to the smileys when you're replying on Nairaland:then change the size
flash=200,200 [/flash] ----> flash=425,355 [/flash] (make sure you put brakets on the other flash, i couldn't b/c i needed to show you how you chance the size)

3. now you paste the site that you chose inside the flash :

If u've got a direct link to the SWF file u can use the Flash BBCode.

1. Copy and paste the video url link from youtube (Example for Meat Loaf - I'd Do Anything For Love -

2. Remove "watch?" but leave the letter "v"

3. Remove "=" and replace with "/" then you have -

4. Highlight it and click the "insert flash" icon from the icon menu

5. Adjust the screen size to 480,390 instead of the default 200,200 (optional)


Then you have:
