Some people claim their ancestors are from Israel, How come they are not writing Israeli as nationality

You ought to have studied enough to make you a professor to make it the post of major General back then in naija, you must have attended tons and tons of courses and training to get promotion and the courses are not limited to military tactics alone. You do a lot of public policy, international diplomacy, sociology etc. A General in the old Nigerian army must be a brilliant individual and must pass a lot of exams. That's hey today, when you hear any of them speak, you hear quality English from them. They are no push overs all. Them Sabi book well.

They atteded some of the best military school in the world like Sandhurst et al. They were really learned.

I will join most people to say this guy is the BEST for lagos state.
But i ve this to say , if EFCC dey catch all political thieves and putting them behind the bars they cant come near this man . He gat the experience to steal perfectly oky considering the places he has worked and position held.

SMH for Nigerians (sexyedjutto etc) who still think thugs should rule us even though they ride on bad roads,they don't enjoy electricity for more than 4 hours a month,they don't feel safe in their homes and they don't feel govt's presence at all in their communities.

• Recorded the second best result in the entire West Africa in the

• Graduated with honours in Accounting from the University of Lagos

• I started my public service career at Lagos State Waste Disposal
Board (now LAWMA) as Accountant Grade II in November 1985.

• Under my watch, the State Treasury Office revolutionized the way
Lagos State finances were raised, budgeted, managed and planned
resulting in the state’s budget performing at an average of 85%
annually.
• I ensured payment of civil service staff salaries before the end of the
month, payment of running cost by 1st week of each month and
introduced end of the year
package and special/specific welfare for staff.
• I launched the e-payment platform for the monthly staff salaries
• I renovated the State Treasury Office, created a conducive working
environment, introduced a corporate dress code and provided laptops
for all Directors
• I Introduced prompt payment of gratuity and pension arrears of the
State Universal
Basic Education Board and Local Government old pensioners.
• I introduced regular technical meetings with the Directors of
Accounts in all MDAs, facilitated the sponsorship, by the State
Governor, of over 1000 accountants to the Annual accountants'
