That number is from Pakistan not Nigeria. 00 is the same as +, being an international dialing prefix. 92 is Pakistan's country code and all there mobile phone numbers start with 3. The correct format for Nigeria mobiles is 0023480*** Or +23480**** |

spikesC:The correct format for Nigeria mobile is 009234, 009 is the same as + sign, 009 is for landlines phone without + sign and it is the same as +234 you are seeing such numbers on facebook because many users are registering with their mobile number |
