Pls, I need help. I bought and installed azsky G1 on my srtong 4922A decoder on Sunday night. It worked till Monday evening when my installer came 2 change my lmb 2 get all th channels. Since then, it has stopped working and network is good- MTN and Airtel. Pls I need urgent solution. The installer tried all he could to no avail.

My q11g code 47 is down too since sunday. It welcome to server but will not descramble. I guess it coming back gradually because some said theirs are back.
Whoever with an update should pls come up.

My q23g has not been working since o. Saturday night by 11pm till now. It shows welcome to server you have 302days but yet scramble channel .. I have tried airtel,Etisalat and MTN sims.. Same story..what's happening? Can somebody update me on this situation.

Thanks guy. I had 2 restor my decoder to factory setting and then do an auto scan of 36.0 E of d**tv instead of blind scan as instructed by online info from Lemmy Morgan. After that, I rebootet my decoder and it started working, though its not opening HD channels

Thank God I used my 6th sense, all this while my queen was not showing and after changing sims it was still d same. This morning I just woke up and put back my yellow sim which seem to be d best in my area connecting to server.
After connecting to server, I deleted all channels on queen and rescan, WHOOLA my channels are back rocking my world. So so happy.
Try it, u might say thanks to bally latter.

what's your satellite? And did u blind scan? Also what's your qsat code cos mine is still down o

Queen is off again, it was up early today. My code is 47 and satellite is Eutelsat 36E.

Do an auto scan, (not blind scan) on Eutisat 36.0E. I did that on my decoder on Wednesday (I actually restored my decoder 2 factory setting and did an auto scan) and it worked. Its still working, though its not opening HD channels

I have q11 and the code is 58 . I factory set my decoder but during my scanning I did blind scanning. But now I will factory set it and do auto scan with eutsat 36 e. If it work I will publish the news here.

Get other accounts n load on ur Qsat n ve less down time. you can ve more than 3 different servers workin on ur Qsat ,when Avatarcam is down u can switch to d other
