Just got this from @kalusam: Seed companies in Nigeria are Syngenta, Technisem, Premier. however other seed companies are fully coming into Nigeria in the near future. Like East west seeds, Chia thai. Hope you find this helpful.

This is serious, for you to be asking of certificate that means you are buying large quantities.
please contract your farm setup to me when you are seed is ready.

These companies have agents and you can never buy direct you need to buy from agents except you traveled abroad to buy from them.
The seed companies are brought into Nigeria by some people.
