Not bad. Most of the rent in BI is in foreign currency. For N9mil/year, I'll prefer to take that money and buy a home in a nice surburb in the US. Nicon Town (Lekki) goes for N250mil, a fantastic home in upper state NY is $300,000 (N56mil). |
