Am currently at the engagement party of my friend's sister. I was served yam porridge with ponmo.

I have finished eating the porridge but I'm left with the ponmo. I tried eating it but its too strong. people are looking so am shy. I had to return the plate with the ponmo (THE THING PAIN ME OOOO )


so I want to use medium to ask this question. how do you eat meat in public without disgracing yourself?

I feel your pain. I remember going for a seminar and we were served fried rice and chicken. I eat the rice quite alright. But I couldn't eat the chicken. The meat was tough and too big to hold with hand. To make matters worse, cutleries like knifes weren't provided. Had to leave the damn thing and get out.
Imagine leaving behind a big chicken thigh completely uneaten It was so painful.

Just two ways nu ni.aje pako style and aje butter style.
Aje pako:
Wash your hands very well,then hold firmly with your hand then bite down strongly(for strong ponmo)pull,tear and munch slowly.
Aje butter:
With your cutlery if you are provided with.if not,you are on your own.fork to keep it steady and knife to cut into little bits.be careful of your lace attire.

So when going to such bash always go with your rake and cutlass.

Use your hands. Tear the ponmo wella, If na chicken crack the bones join, then lick your fingers after.

If am hungry like very hungry I go just bone eat d meat like I no send anybody but if m nt hungry just use big boy take eat am

Put am for your pocket, then eat it when you get home.

How to eat meat in public? Eat the goddamn meat of cos.. just do it... don't care who's looking..trust me, u would be shining ur teeth after
