This is something science does a very poor job of explaining.

Science only describes accompanying physical conditions and sensations. It takes that to be some sort of "cause" of the experience.

If you get rid of the fear (not through panicked chants and prayers, but through a deeper understanding) then you may discover that the science is wrong. You can become lucid and totally in control of your movements in the same situation.

Then you can pay attention and discover the whole story.

What the article actually says is that hallucinations cause the fear. It does not explain what causes the hallucinations. It only says that they are "accompanied" by "sleep paralysis".

We have enough ranters on this site already. We don't need you as well.

Furthermore, I am telling you that by removing the fear, you can remove the paralysis. The science can't explain that one.

Hw I wish I can learn hw 2 control my mind. My mind can b easly influenced, kinda soft mind.. I nid a hard mind.
