If it will appease people like you, he can give his speeches at the UN in Hausa, which really could have been be our lingua franca, just like the Chinese head of state and France's head of states do, and use an interpreter. Afterall, we are not Englishmen

Hausa and 1 or more other Nigerian languages should be mandatory in all secondary schools, and made required electives in every institution of higher learning such as Universities and Polys. At a minimum, no one should be granted a certificate from our educational institutions if they are not fluent in a language other than their first one.

So if you are Igbo, you must be fluent in Hausa and Yoruba; if you are Yoruba, you must be fluent in Hausa and Igbo, else you will not be allowed to graduate.

With Buhari's blessing, we will codify this thought into law once Otueke welcomes the clueless one back home.
