Hi all, pls my wife as been having issues making weath, whenever she tried it, it get too soft, but the one that surprised me was the last one she made, it was strong when she made it, but b4 we could eat it hours later, it gets soft again, someone should please help us, bcuz am getting tired of semo... thanks

could u please say something meaningful instead of trowing jabs,

wheat is a preferred meal in my home when it comes to swallow. pls tell her to follow this procedure: add a cup of water in a pot,allow to boil , add d desired quantity of wheat and stir continuously, just observe .if it is too strong add water. if soft add wheat and stir continuously until it is cooked. if is well cooked it can last for 24 hours without going bad.

thanks sweetheart, u really can't imagine how happy I am with this post of urs, God bless u. I guess where my wife was getting it wrong is, she mix the wheat first with cold water b4 pouring it inside the already boiled water..

If u as a lady eats my meal,u will beg to live in my home, talk less of the man in ur life, he wld abandon u!

To make wheat meal. I put water on fire. I pour some quantity of wheat into a bowl and mix with water into a smooth and fine paste not too thick sha. Then when the water is boiled I add the watery mixture. I steer to make sure lump isn't forming. Then I cover it the pot not too tight just halfway and let it boil this is so the wheat doesn't taste raw like when done. After about 15 minutes I start adding the wheat powder, not too much though cause it solidifies quite quickly on fire and you don't want it too "hard". I would. advise she removes the mixture from fire and steer well like she is making amala to make it smooth. After that it goes back on fire for 2 minutes and voila! It's done.

Hope it's not too complicated o don't know if I explained well to be understood

Btw the wheat meal pack always explains how to prepare it.

That's how it's instructed on d pack n i ve been using d same method making my wheat...Is either she put 2much water or she did not allow it 2 cooked well...Now whenever she want 2 make d wheat she shuld make her cold paste thick b4 turning it into d boild water on fire n stir very well n she shuld allow it 2 cook 4 atleast 5mins b4 adding d dry wheat 2 it n continue stiring till it mix well n she get d consistency she want And her wheat is ready...
