wapic insurance
N500 to open form
d 4 receipts ( i know dey are five but u dont need d bank commision receipt)
biro/pen (to write)
final payment slip

If u like clear ur hostel mid-semesta, it dosnt matter...you dnt need to start bothering yourself with that, no be issue...

Those dat didn't get hostel, u can ballot wiv the staylite, jus be patient....
