Ilorin - Ibadan road has been abandoned since. Why am I seeing it as part of the completed projects? The largest stretch of that road (Oyo to Ogbomosho) was never touched. Ilorin to Ogbomosho stretch was completed before GEJ. 4 Likes |

Dry season farming in Lagos? Me I never even see land to build in lagos not to talk of farming. 3rd mainland phase 2? where is the bridge located? Rehabilitation of mm2 is a scam, it should not even be mention. |

benzion72: No sensible point in ur write up. Jonathan didn't increase the price of oil, in fact he is doing what all leaders shld have done...remove the subsidy which is only enriching the pocket of few oil baron. Buhari said last time was his last contest ever...We all know the story. He didn't start book harm, in fact we had maitatine (can't get the spelling right but some of us will remember the muslim sect started in the 80s) Nigerians. ..pls do a little research about ur country. Jonathan is the better of the two evils. Both are useless and they won't perform any miracle. If Buhari dies tomorrow...do u really think osibanjo can run the country? 1 Like |

IMO STATE:When I opened this thread and saw the looooong list, I knew it must be some form of SCAM. I didnt know where to start scrutinising from so I simply jumped to my state and something immediately caught my attention. * Reconstruction of Elele - owerri road * Rehabilitation of Owerri - Port-Harcourt road Firstly, I am still struggling to understand what the difference is between these 2 roads . This typically explains why the list is so long; only God knows the number of other duplications contained in this list if I could spot this in a split second. Secondly and most disheartening is that this same road has been under construction for ages (since OBJ's tenure I believe) and it's still under construction till date. So how does it now count as an achievement of this administration? The road isn't even anywhere close to completion and after passing through it last month, I wouldn't be wrong if I say this is one of the WORST ROADS IN THE COUNTRY PRESENTLY. The only axis of this road which is excellently motorable is the Rivers state axis of the road which ironically was constructed by Rivers State government (and up till now, Amaechi is still begging for a refund from the FG). Finally, who even cares if the list is as long as the Nile?... A vital question to be asked is, at what cost were these projects executed? With the prevailing corruption in the country, it is only a fool that would believe any meaningful development can actually take place. Attempting to develop the country without paying a single attention to graft is just like fetching water from a stream with a basket. [size=15pt]My fellow Nigerians, please see for yourselves the images of the PH - Owerri road which has just been counted twice as an achievement of this administration in Imo state. What kind of wickedness is this?.. Nigerians have always been the problem of Nigeria. frakapotala:Boko haram started in yaradua's time, its d north invention. Having preached hate for Christians over d years their product of hate-their extremist children took up guns n bombs to kill Christians n now they've turned on the Moslems that are against their cause, book haram is an insurgency n it takes time to deal with it. How many kidnappings of white men n bombing of oil pipelines that are used to feed your stomach have u heard of in his time? That's part of dealing with insurgency in nigeria- south-south, dealing with that of the north is work in progress n its yielding results now bc d locals have decided to co-perate with d govt. 1 Like |

Thanx |

Atleast GEJ tried despite pple frustrating his administration.. It is now i understand something about you Guys APC... Some of you just spitt nonsense.. Atleast can't you reason the fact that it is only this man GEJ as the president of nigeria being faced with the greatest number of challenges and yet he could do sometin..and all you have to say is to condemn his achievement.. May be u are waiting for jonathan to come dash you 1million naira until you believe Gej achieve despite all this difficulties in his administration... #the way people criticize GeJ will never cease to amaze me sometimes on nairaland...mtchew |
