guy i dnt think cits is in charge of d hostel portal(datz wat i was tld last yr when i had login problem)d problem is frm ur side nt cits or whoso ever is in charge of d portal.go to a cafe in skul and try it because dat cits u re going to tomorrow hmmmm datz if they wld hv ur tym nd they re nt in charge sef.or u just go to DSA.

m sorry about d issue bruh, cits has nothing to do with the hostel stuff. The DSA is fully in charge. I was @cits last week when I didn't get a space and dey had to call d DSA to complain about our disturbance. I'd have adviced u went to d bank u paid if I had seen dis earlier, u cd change ur email (update profile. I guess) and den check d bank u paid at. It seems all trials have been futile. I think u shd drop ur mail Addy and password. It may not have worked on ur frnd's but prolly work on any other persons'. Give it a try man
