Seriously aint nathn wrong wid Maiduguri not until the Commencement of Boko Haram Insurgency, it was well known to everyone, its not like the slogan "Home of Peace" came from nowhere... was given to it cuz it deserves it!!! its just that the Old Borno state isn't developed enuf to be called a City...when there's life ther's hope, so we still have the faith in God, everythn is gonna be a past very soon in sha Allah! Yerwa Rise above Haters!!! kiss

Ibadan - a brown roof big village not quite befitting to be called a city.

4. Calabar

Located in South-southern Nigeria and watered by the Great Kwa and Calabar rivers, the city is home to a variety of attractions such as Obudu Cattle Ranch and Tinapa Resort.

The city attracts visitors with its array of tasty delicacies, beautiful architecture and festivals. Every year, Calabar hosts Africa’s biggest street party known as the Calabar
Carnival, where diverse colourful cultural costumes are displayed. There’s never a dull moment in this carnival. For indigenous vacation in Nigeria, Calabar is often the first
location that comes to people’s mind.

The city boasts of several other attractions including an integrated sports complex, a free trade zone and Port and an international air and sea port among many others.
Obudu cattle ranch in OGOJA, cross river state, not calabar the state capital. This is one silly mistake people often make.

Ilorin is over hype joor. I served there a few years ago and it is just there. I even noticed mud houses in the central areas of the capital, around the taiwo and challenge. and that no southeastern states (Enugu, Owerri) made your list invariably shows your criteria for the ratings.

The list should be in this order
1) Ibadan
2) Port Harcout
3) Abuja
4) Lagos
5) Kano
6) Warri
7) Uyo
cool Asaba
9) Calabar
10) Jos
11) Abeokuta
12) Ilorin
Although you won't appreciate that ilorin city until you go there and see how peaceful and nice the city is..............
