Imagine am home (Benin) for Christmas and all I see is blackout everywhere. The selling of the Power Holding Company of Nigeria (PHCN) by Goodluck Jonathan's administration remains the greatest disservice to Nigerians, these days one hardly get electricity to do anything, you hear noises of generators everywhere, the money spent to power these generators have a big toll on ones pocket, the situation was better before the sale of PHCN. Worst still, you pay exorbitant electricity bills for not having electricity, what a country, imagine since 1986 the Nigerian government has promised stable electricity for Nigerians till now we still don't have stable electricity,the situation has gone from bad to worst. I think Nigeria is a failed country. I weep for my country.

State don't have power over PHCN. transmission and distribution of electricity in Nigeria is in exclusive list of d federal govt. State are only allowed to generate electricity for small community under federal govt control

who is the fool here I or you who is not schooled enough to know that PHCN was Federal government's and they sold it to private hands. You are the FOOL here for not knowing that provision of electricity to cities like Benin is not the responsibility of the state Governor. Is your state Governor responsible for the provision of electricity in your state? Last time I checked it was not your father's government that sold PHCN so who are you to give me orders? Bleep off
