[quote author=3kay945 post=29192452]Corruption is in alarming rate. People are dying like chicken and you're sticking to ordinary words of inconsequential. Pls, give a better popular candidate except the clueless one. Then I will take your words serious.[/quote I am not surprised with your comment. You must always find a way to defend the candidate of your choice...even if the error is glaring, u either trivialise it or look the other way. I have no issues with any personality..but the fact remains that he didn't keep his word, however you want to twist it or whatever angle you want to look at it, that remains the brutal honesty |

Bishop Issong gave some prophecies that never came to pass. He should leave GMB alone |

Do you not know that buhari said war aginst boko haram is war against the north? if you do not know these facts then know them now. but if you had known them then you are just like buhari.

tonytony208:Try again. This time with a credible link like a renown news site not some misty Facebook page where any half-wit clown can conjure up stuff. The reason why that comment is in doubt is because Australia is a first world country and like other countries in that class it always strives to maintain the political-correct image; they will always maintain that they are multi ethnic, multi-religious and that their minorities will always protected, yada yada. That kind of stuff. The day any leader, let alone a whole PM, from such a country (excluding Israel, of course) makes comments like you claim it would be breaking news on all news networks and most likely political suicide for said leader. PS: In fairness to you I state that I didn't even bother reading the link as its a Facebook link and will require me to login. I no get that time to dey enter FB this night. Lol |

Akshow:buh he said it with his mouth, i didnt say it. Ask him when he said if he failed the election in 2011 he was going to make the country ungovernable did he not bring his threat to pass? Keep deceiving ursef o. That man is rather clueless but full of aggression and he is power-drunk, worse of it is that he is an illiterate, lol which makes him more dangerous. If you are claiming he said it but will never do it, it therefore it means all the plans he is putting forward as a promise to Nigerian when voted, he is also not going to fulfil them hence tell me why Nigerians should take him serious? |

tonytony208:This is going beyond joke. How would one person do such a thing in a democracy all by himself, even if he dreamt such a fantasy? How does that work? Can any of you that is saying this most idiotic thing tell me how this process of Islamic thing works? If someone who has the ability to write can reason this way, what is the hope for the unlettered? There are certain things one should not be able to venture into theorizing, because it makes you look a real bum and a fool at best. Again how does this Islamic thing works? What is the process. |

azimibraun:Buhari and his successors caused parents to raise their offspring twice - not Jonathan. Buhari as Head of state told youths in 1983 that the youths are tomorrow's leaders. But Buhari and his successors failed to erect the structures that should have empowered the youths, such that today, thirty one years after Buhari's speech that the youths are leaders of tomorrow, Buhari is still struggling to throw side track the youths, so as to let Buhari become leader in his mid 70s. President Jonathan has been replenishing all the infrastructures for schools, electricity, roads, rail, etc., which Buhari and his successors abandoned. |

tonytony208:We Nigerians have chased hundreds of thousands of Ghanaians out of our country before. That is where ghana-must-go comes from. It was shameful. If we go to the AU, we will smile and call each other African brothers, abi. That we have the ability to do something does not make it right but I believe that international immigrants have a duty to try to assimilate into the culture they have chosen to move to. On your first point, should we insist that Israel is Christian country since that is where it all started? Well, they have held on to their original faith, and that is their choice. We have religions that predate Christianity and Islam. Adherents of such cannot be made to feel oppressed in their own land by either Christians or Muslims. Christian history is also replete with all manner of terrible events so I do not see how Nigerians will ever accept a dominant national religion. This is not the middle ages. Everyone will and should have the right to practice their faith without disturbing their neighbours. All this fear-hawking is simply based on ignorance of what GMB stands for, and the constitutional position of Nigeria. I challenge Jonathan to pull us out of the OIC. Beyond getting reelected he really does not have much interest in your affairs. Trust me on this. |

Change2015:they are being hunted anf killed by your northern moslem brothers everyday in the guise of bokoharam and nomadic gunmen. If you are a western moslem still busy playing the ostritch while hoping quietly in your heart that Christians will be wiped out of Nigeria, be rest assured its not gonna happen. |

adeusolu:The said thing is that that picture actually defeats your argument. Buhari is asking muslims to be more faithful to their faith, and to explain to non Adherents. How does that affect the uninterested Christian, unless he is troubled by basic English comprehension and an iq measured in shoe sizes? |

shady26:I'm a Christian from the below the Niger part. Don't assume! Fulani herdsmen would never be part of boko haram because they are culturally different for one thing. Try to know you fellow countrymen a little better. Herdsmen have the objective of getting cattle to the major markets so next time you go to buy meat, why not ask if it is supplied by boko haram as you ignorantly suggest. Herdsmen from time immemorial have had issues with settled farmers because their cattle decimate the farms. In one incident, a friend of mine in the North joined in chasing them off, and they came back days later guns blazing and set the village on fire. He lost an arm to a bullet. Boko Haram is a band of insurgents profiting from the inability of the government to maintain law and order, yes, even the delta militants were bribed to end the fighting, they were not defeated by the military. Now boko haram is showing how deep the cancer of bad governance has gone. Soldiers sent to fight without necessary equipment, without medical supplies, without battalion strength numbers. GMB crushed the maitasine revolt ruthlessly, and yet you claim his objective is to islamise the country? Boko Haram do not respect your president but they will fear Buhari. Believe that. |

MosquitoREBIRTH:the day buhari stood out to contest for elective position, he "lost" one particular aspect of his right: the right to privacy. He is now a public figure and can and should be challenged by the general public. The bishop is like any other Nigerian that will reside under the leadership of buhari for at least 4 years (if he wins). So, he must ask questions to know what he is getting into. Are you one of those small boys on nairaland? Your comment sounded so childish and unlearned. |
