Why do you want to connect the internal storage to a computer? Get a microsd card and use the file manager app to move things around

Hello, I have a little problem with my Z10. Ever since I re-installed the OS, I've had troubles playing music from my music player. It just says "The File Can't Be Played Due To An Unexpected Error". I have restarted the phone monotonously to no avail. I would greatly appreciate if you guys can assist me with information on how to overcome this issue, thanks and merry Christmas.

Merry xmas everyone, please I tried to wipe all the data recently in my Q10 because I wanted to give it to my younger one, but after doing so the phone has refused to boot, it shows a yellow caution sign with an error message, any help please?
