Rivers state is 2nd richest state after Lagos. It's internally generated revenues alone is about 12b and yet the state owes salaries.

Let me remind you Rivers state is the 2nd richest state in Nigeria and Amaechi have no reason to not to pay workers before 20th who still the remember Bursary allowance, I wish my Rivers state will come back to us one day but not to worry when Wike comes to power auditing of Amaechi legacies and Rivers state account will be the first step towards a good regime .Do I hear you say if he wins,I don't need to tell you elections in Rivers state just like Presidential elections in Nigeria have known winners before elections begin.Amaechi knows he is sitting on a keg of gunpowder, time is running out on him now.

The same Wike told us it was 20 billion just 5 days ago, today it's 30 billion, before that it was 800 million dollars by Olisa Metuh.
So ask your very self if this people take you for a fool? even if Amaechi is your enemies.
Just yesterday I was talking to my niece who teaches in Port Harcourt and she laughed and told me that it's all politics that she had been paid, unless they paid in isolation. This is a real person and not a politician.
She then mentioned that, Amaechi decided upon himself to be paying Youth Corpers serving in Rivers State 10 thousand naira monthly which is not a mandatory payment because he wanted to be seen as a generous governor and this payment has become a burden the state and they are owing the corpers a 4 months arrears.
He can easily tell the corpers that they don't want to be generous anymore but he promised to pay them this December because he doesn't want to be unpopular to any sector in an election season, but she has no idea if his promise of payment has been fulfilled.
It sounds very plausible to me. But it seems to be that what most of you do is once you see a headline about someone you don't like, you instantly decided what you are going to say without even bothering to even read the story, let alone think and analyse the plausible chances of the content.
And that is just sad.

This is not how intelligent and a civilized person talk in a modern society. You should have back up your statement with factual figures of your stated internal revenue and mention the 3 states and their allocation figures to back up your claim.

Nigeria has a law that allows you access to these figures. Not just using online chat rooms to be spreading your personal opinion as factual.

one thing I don't understand with Nigerians is if they don't have brains or something , goodluck Jonathan has been president for the past four Years and yet we have not seen any tangible improvements in the important sectors all we hear are stories ,what makes you think he will do any better if elected to be president again ? and buhari u are over 70 , you have occupied so many important posts in Nigeria without making an impact , what makes you guys think he will do better if elected to be president ?. its high time we stop voting in political parties instead of candidates...my two cents
