Please I removed my mtn sim from my old bb tour 9630 to my new bbz3 to my surprise I could ping on it, my thinking was that regular bb plan won't work on os 10 however, it didn't browse and also I couldn't download whatsapp I don't know if its network or something else, help please!!!!

That version doesn't charge when device is turned off But if your battery is dead it will charge once above 10 percent it turns back on and continue charging

MTN normal BIS does not work on BlackBerry 10 devices. U need to port to either Airtel or GLO...

Solution to your challenge is to load another OS. Your current OS does not charge d phone while d Phone is powered On.

@scarr or one of the other super users here can help you with that...

if you search this thread with the keyword calibrate you should see multiple instances where they have provided battery calibration instructions

My Blackberry Q5 keeps restarting except if the charger is plugged, even with full battery. if unplugged from the charger, it always goes on and off showing only "blackberry" .its won't even load . It only works and load if connected to the charger, after unplugged, it goes off again n keeps restarting on and on. Please help!

I later autoload OS 10.3.0.6xxxx on it but the problem still persist. Please ! Anyone who can help, I would love autoload OS 10.2.1 xxxx but I cant lay my hands on that. Please anyone who give me the autoloader for 10.2.1 xx or who stay in Ilorin. Thanks and God bless.
