Perhaps the most expensive flop in football history, Fernando Torres has ended his Chelsea nightmare by agreeing to join AC Milan permanently in a queer deal that would see the 30 year old Spanish international striker join boyhood club Athletico Madrid on loan. Athletico on their part are willing to allow Italian international forward Alessio Cerci join the Italian giants in exchange.
