The girl no longer consider you an important person in her life, though she may greet you and show you white teeth when you get to meet on the way. It's a pity you didn't realize for so long she no longer want you in her life. Only a fool attend such wedding or even contemplate it. |

Op do something yourself, wrap some of the turkey and go to the beach or some place. You are not that idle are you? Do not go. Buy them a present and mail it if you are that desperate to make a statement. ogaprime: |

You said you are close with her,IMO,do you still need an invite before going by the closeness? She sees you as part of her, whom she doesn't need to invite before gracing her wedding.. Pride makes us build fences around us,instead of bridges. |

Yomieluv:Gbam!!! EOD. Same question I asked my cousin when she accused me of not personally bringing my wedding iv to her house and her hubby office. Some people just make big deals out of nothing. |

taryour:Babes, abeg it's different if the person in question is your blood relative. You're allowed to gate crash. Infact, you're expected to gatecrash. But this dude isn't a relative. He's not of the same sex either. This is/was a boyfriend/girlfriend matter and the babe didn't want him pouring sand in her garri, but was too polite to spell it out to him. |

EfemenaXY:Very true sis, accepted. But really I don't know what's the big deal for this guy o,can't he just read it out bold on the wall. Like I said earlier in my post, except he has been secretly admiring this lady and can't open up. For me when it comes to friends I don't take things to serious and personal o,I just overlook it and let it go. Am way to emotional to take things to heart, before I start crying like a small baby. |

Thank you all for advise....to clear things out, we didn't date, I didn't even ask her out. She has been dating her husband even before we became course mate. I wasn't waiting for card board I.V, just a text or fb message was enough to ginger me to attend her wedding....so about going I didn't attend her wedding. She uploaded her wedding pix on fb and I "comment-prayed" for her marriage to succeed from the bottom of my heart and she liked it....So EOD. |
