vanmusco:its a long process bro.. you have to start from been a retailer first.. means you cant be subscribing for people yet.. until you are certified super dealer, you can be accepting subscription yet. the initial retailer fee is 250k. they will be the one to tell you where you will locate your office you can visit there office though for me details preferably VI OFFICE |
