if INEC refuses the affidavit , then they are refusing a legal document . they may be sued . how is he taking you for granted by fulfilling the law . The consitutuion as you have said allows him to provide an affidavit in a situation like this .... we should learn to respect the laws . this is where change starts from .I see no wrong in what the general has done really.

To answer your question, My credentials are with me and not with the schools I attended. However, we have to ask ourselves some questions. Did Muhammadu Buhari decided to keep his credentials with the Military? Is it customary for him to do that? Were his credentials provided to INEC in 2003, 2007 and 2011? If the answer to all questions is positive, then Muhammadu Buhari will only need to officially write the Military to release his result for INEC's verification. That is it! I don't see any big issue here

bro , like I said there are laws . the law does not permit you to tender an affdavit to be recruited by the federal government but it permits you to tender an affidavit to contest an election . its as simple as this . we should learn to respect our laws for what it is . I didnt tackle sambo when I read he has done what is required by the law. This is common sense .

Why didn't you present affidavit to your sch during admission (that is if you attended an higher institution of learning).

In Sambo's case, the authorities of ABU has written to confirm that he was awarded 2 degrees from the sch, B.Sc (Arch.) and M.Arch.

INEC should disqualify any illiterate who claims his certificates are with someone in this country and he can't go there to collect it.
