The step he gave is too much..i just downloaded the three apk files and signed in to the play store, the Google store already linked my BlackBerry to my Google, close the play store and go to BlackBerry ID u downloaded with the play store and go to obtain Google ID... once it shows those 16 digits go back to the play store and viola it shud work... start downloading

the exact same step i used in getting it to work on mine...the extra steps are only for people who have two-step authentication set up on their gmail account

if you dont have two-step authentication setup on your gmail, you dont need the app specific password

If your device is locked to a network, reloading the OS doesn't solve the problem. If your device is cdma, it might not work if you try to use it with a gsm network or it might not work fully

Share a picture of the device and what errors you're getting
