Linda by Terry68: 5:02pm On Dec 30, 2014 |
LINDA In the atmosphere of regrets Waiting to storm is vengeance Anger becomes the soul fragrance Clouded in its agony covered in teardrops like a child that is abuse Life becomes a perfect casket, So fitted like a product in a packet Feelings was hit as if the heart was the target Eyes opened but reasons wasn't sighted So tender her family was lost on her shoulder she knows she's about to carry a heavy cross Thinking this very life is a curse By taking what matters to her to the dust Sheded tears, she's now in fear Vengeance left, reasons were clear Accidents came and nobody cares Seperated by family and peers Years have passed times have changed To a noble man she gets engage To the world she's now a stage Like her life was perfectly arrange People can never believe the book of life's page Her many disadvatage never clouded her one advantage 2 Likes |

Now Linda has her prince She has her strength as guide Her lessons as a staff And her pride as her north star She is the perfect help mate The perfect daughter in law And the best neighbor Warm full of smiles and helpful to other But there is a snag As the little ones come Linda remembers her struggles She remembers her pains She remembers her fights She remembers the hurt And what it is like So she shields her children She keeps them under her feather Tells them the world is dark and cold Wicked and unfriendly The trials she passed through she uses And the lessons she learnt her guide She loves them but she did not prepare them Brilliant kids but unintelligent They could not survive without Linda They were grown babies Ina world where adults were needed Linda has done what's right in her sight But the world needed her to do more. 1 Like |

Terry68:I know. I was just playing around. The fun thing about poetry is that like all creative arts the present creator dictates direction and can stir it in any she/he likes 1 Like |
