Many Nigerians have experienced improved power supply all through this festive season and this may remain so till after 2015 elections-if APC gas pipeline vandals don't resume their work. lipsrsealed

That's how a friend of mine was busy making noise on Facebook and I reminded him we both live in the same area and use the same 11kv transmission line and we haven't had lite for close to 2 months in PH along Obi Wali road and he quickly deleted my comment.
I have come to notice that this Jonathanians lie even to themselves.

To be fair, light is steady here but I want to see what happens after the holidays when industries begin full Operations...

Where has it improved? It's been total blackout for two wks now...they normally supply light for 4 hours daily.
Worse still, you have to stand on long queus to get fuel to power your generator.

Stop fooling yourself on Nairaland after charging your phone with your neighbour's generator.

If stupidity was a crime, the OP will serve life sentence.

Power Supply was much better when it was not Privatized than now..Now we pay more for using less..Its really Pathetic bro..

^^^If the gas pipelines, transformers and other critical equipment aren't vandalised then the steady light situation should continue!

It is true o. I have thrown away my generating set and inverter. Infact they're building estates without self generated power supply as we speak.

I am currently speaking with my constituency rep. to sponsor a bill to ban importation of generators. Light don stable na.

Even Bayelsa where una President came from is not experiencing any thing close to steady light. Abeg park well. PDP has failed Nigeria for long now. Let us try another people to see if they will pass or fail too.

If u live in PH kindly ask PHED coz I have written a petition to them (PHED) and their response was that I should check my e-bill for the last 5months and I will notice that it has been stopped and that it's only N700 monthly access charge that was still running.
It's same thing for NTA/Mgbouba road, Ozoba, Choba, Rumuokoro, Rupkokwu etc.

i am based in B-side, Central Road area, we have 18hrs of light daily 12midnight to 8am, then 2pm to 10pm daily, there is still room for improvement. i know around ugbowo area, BDPA, Ekosodin and Osasogie it is not so good. We will get there when most of the power plants under construction is completed by next year.
