Does any1 else hv dis issue of deir qsat not connecting at all (not even shwin' "network success) wen usin' modem, but all works well wen usin' sim directly huh

Please house, my qsat just started flashing the menu interface as if the menu button is been press repeatedly. How can I solve this problem? Urgent help needed.

are you using direct sim card or with modem? first use modem or WiFi adapter and report the outcome

we must establish if the problem is hardware or software related

Uhm! My Qsat decoder shws "load" all d tym, & on d TV screen, d Qsat logo shws, den goes off, & den shws again in repeated cycles like it's bin turned off & on repeatedly... Any solutions

Hello davo, thanks for d reply. I removed d sim, d cable but it was still flashing d menu screen on d t.v.
I later open up d box and I discovered that when I remove the cable that connect the box indication to the main panel d flash stops but that means I can't change channels and d buttons on d box are not acting down.
Pls advice further.

is the problem with the remote or decoder?

if its the decoder, then its hardware issue

take it to a Radionic or post images here and let's see if we can be of help

if its the remote, just change it

remove the coaxial cable and try everything again.

if the problem persists, then flash the box

Hello davo, the issue is not with the remote. I think is with the front indicator panel. If I disconnect the white power cable the pass current to the front panel, d flashing on the tv screen will stop and I will only enjoy the present station.
The white cable is the one that come from the front panel that goes through to the main panel beside the card reader.
Attached is d decoder pix and please u can suggest a radionic that is good too.
