Dude! I've gone to 12 states in this year... And I didn't see any of those presumed buses.

You just can't use the case of Kaduna state to make hasty conclusions and generalize.

That is why everyone in Nigeria should hold their various state governors accountable.

They were a part of the sure p meeting so they should explain to their people were they kept those buses.

They have remained mute ever since they grabbed those buses without using it for the purpose for which it was meant for that explains why they all in unison have remained silent unlike the way they always scream at the top of their voices if their is a 2mins delay in sharing the money in the excess crude account which they all usually go to deplete in abuja.

Yes! I see few ones here in Abuja. But apart from Lagos and Abuja, they aren't found in any other city/cities.
