Spyder880, You owe us a lesson in history; you promised to tell us how the Ezza people came to have a community in the heart of Emene. I'm bringing this up because I found another Ezza enclave in Ndeaboh, Awgu LGA called Ezza Ndeaboh. I know the Ezza people were one of the militaristic groups in Igboland alongside the Aro, Ohafia, Nike, and Ezillo, but I always assumed that only the Aro permeated all of Igboland. Happy new year to you and your family! |

spyder880:Spyder880, you are The most trust worthy man i have ever met on the internet. At times its hard to believe you havent had direct exposure to western society. You are truly a gentleman. My 2015 advice to you. One thing you have going for you is your sincerity, and dedication to work. your continous effort to push the envelope to improve the quality of your work and scope of your ability. Now to move forward; Could you please set up a mobile friendly website, truly interactive with all your architectural designs, properties on the market , so folks can easily see what's on offer ; updates on your/their projects etc. The plan should be such that, without making calls to you a total stranger could see your services, properties you have on offer, building designs etc. of which he could send a you a request for quote. Then you need an administrative office where the website is maintained/ updated, calls/ queries are answered when you are on site/ in the field. Effectively, all i am saying is you need to become more corporate. Make it more about your company and not spyder. Before you realise it you would have got yourself a bankable entity to raise equity on. I hope one day i will be able to buy shares of your company. |

all4naija:Go build a true yoruba city let see how far u can go.lagos can never be a yoruba city, stop acting like you guys built our lagos. Gwaris or Gbagis own Abuja but they never go about claiming ownership because they know it was neva built from their sweat. Lagos remains a fed city with yoruba administrators to give them sense of belonging. if you say otherwise then stop spending oil money owned by niger delta. NO SINGLE IGBO CITY WAS EVER BUILT BY THE FED yet our cities remain some of the best in 9ja. |

macjive01:Thank you for these great points, and no, I have never travelled out of Nigeria. I only worked together with a lot of good Europeans in my former company. I am already working on some of these points you raised, like an office and a good interactive website where my services could all be seen. Thank you once again. |

spyder880:Oga spyder, you know with your expertise you could design a simple reactional facility at this stream, so the next time people come to the stream they would have a seat and probably spend longer time there. Nothing expensive, a few concrete seats and something for the kids; a slide ? swing? |

spyder880:^^^So what happened to the INNOSON refuse compactor trucks?.....Can't they be used instead of this old fashioned and unhygienic method? |
| Re: Enugu, The Pride Of The East. by spyder880(op): 9:06pm On Jan 03, 2015 |
IGBOSON1:Those Innoson trucks are fully operational, but it seems they are not enough so these hired trucks are used to boost their numbers so that Enugu will continue to look neat. I think they are doing a good job anyways. |
