My Question:

2. Hope its not too late to apply 4 sept 2015 session
3. I am considering "Uni of Manitoba"... Is the school feasible??

Tobsam237,

Answers:
1. N150,000 would be sufficient in applying for admission (if you're applying to four schools that charge 100 CAD per application); you should have about N85,000 left. Then, there's the fee for TRV application, police certificate, medicals, etc. Factor in transport fares too depending on your location.

The N85,000 left won't be sufficient. You've still got ticket to Canada to figure out.

2. No, it's not. I just applied.

3. Before I answer this, what does feasible mean in the context of your question?

When was your first application and when was it refused?can you recall the exact dates? That will be a good guide for any advice you need as per your second application.

Applied 8th Oct, refused 2nd December.

To anyone who applied twice, did your sponsor get another Letter of introduction from His employer for ur second application or did you used the same one u used for ur first application.

I am about to reapply this first week of January, and my sponsors letter of introduction is from Sept which I used for my first app on Oct. Can I use it again? same with with my police clearnace , should I get another one. My application was refused 3 weeks ago.

Applied 8th Oct, refused 2nd December

You'll need a letter of introduction with a recent date, the police clearance is only valid for three months, if its past 3 months, you def need a new one too.

You will need recent letters and kindly take note of the reason for the earlier refusal so u know how to correct the mistake this time, moreover I have not heard any case where a refusal took up to 7 weeks before they got back to u

Happy new year everyone. I arrived Toronto safely yesterday via Ethiopian airline. Longest journey of my life. 24 hours travel time was a bit too much for me. But I thank God for a smooth flight. Temp was -5 which wasn't toooo bad. The immigration queue at the airport was dreadful and took about 2 hours. I thank God it went smoothly. Today I plan to get cracking getting sim, opening bank account, social security and driver's license.

To all those who have been helpful on this thread I say a big thanks and to all those waiting for the good news, may God grant you your hearts desires this new year. Have a great year all
