It baffles me why with the decline in oil prices per barrel and the subsidy, fuel prices has not also dropped

OP, wake up. And you said you were coming from the church yet you refused to say the reason why fuel was above normal price. Any way, I don't blame you. After all, the pastors these days don't teach the basic tenets of Christianity which is the 10 commandments any more. They teach prosperity and grace under the new covenant, and these encourage corruption in the society.
