The only way to curb the menace is by EDUCATING and embarking on a mass-reorientation of the people of the north.

Op, you did a good job at attracting attention to your post, but you intentionally attacked islam as a religion than proferring a solution to ending the spate of sucide bombing in the north. I would suggest that all basic IED making materials like gas cylinders, ammonium cyanide including all mining exposives be banned outrightly for now.
