Yea u are right my Dear. My Granny was 108yrs old before she died. When she was around 85/7yrs,she still rolls her bicycle to d farm. She won't stay @home and will always tell u that once she's @home doing nothing that she will fall sick. LOL!

Actually, if she stopped farming, she would have died too. Her body was used to that activity, stopping it isn't good for old people, maybe reduce the hard work a bit.

The elderly used to physical exertion, don't live long if brought to the city to chill under AC doing nothing.

True, besides its that life style that makes them live long. Many old women/ men will never give up what keeps them busy. Who says farming means surffering BTW?
