guys I need advice please, I worked with an Indian employer he enjoyed my writing work and now he is offering me to write 30 articles for him of which I will be delivering 1 article of 2800words a day. the problem is that the guy said he will only pay me $130 for 30 articles that is 84000words in total. I need advice on this please because I believe that this amount is below my capacity.

Hello Mr Sample, it is indeed low. Considering the amount of words you should have at least $250 - $300.

thanks bro, exactly my thought. the man seems to be stingy and greedy at the same time. I even offer to help him write at the rate of $1.2/500words but this man still insist that the articles should not be paid base on word counts. I just told him to leave me for good and I won't work with him again. I don't know why Indians are behaving like that in freelancer.

@samplanner if u feel underpaid on a job, just follow your heart and leave it. On the long run such jobs will only tie u down and prevent you from getting better ones and rising in your career. writing rates differ widely. You will get better ones, let the stingy india guy go. He will get other interests sure, but you define what you want for yourself.

I don't know why some employers are just too heartless! Imagine someone having the conscience to offer $0.4 for 400 words. Modern slavery!

. You made the right decision, that is real modern day slavery, most times I find it difficult to bid on projects posted by Indians mainly due to the way they behave.

honestly dealing with employers on freelancer is not always easy unless if one is lucky. I have been following one employer to pay me my money just $30 for over a month now but he keeps complaining that until my articles have been approved. for God sake how can it take them a month for them to approve my work? these are some of the challenges we are facing here, and if you are not patient enough you will end up picking a fight with most of them. freelancer.com also have their own problem by deducting and imposing unnecessary charges from your earnings. may God help us all.

Hello people!, freelance.com can be dry at times; has anyone here ever gone through one straight week, without getting any projects? ... dont relent, just use the extra time to build on your skills, alternatively you can get busy on kindle publishing!,when you have very little work coming.

Have a plan! Set a goal! you can also find someone here, a (doer) you can be accountable to!, this will come in handy for people who need to be motivated to get things done.
