The money used in building that ecumenical center is enough to construct two modern secondary schools or rehabilitation and re-equip about ten. First off,Rochas doesnt understand what is infrastructural development. And to know that he is being praised by Abagworo and Berem is very disheartening. This ffoolish Rochas is squandering Imo funds on worthless ventures.

Who told you he does not know? He knows but chose to search for some faults. Okorocha has only served for less than 4 years but yet people compare him with those approaching 8 years. It means he has already surpassed 4 years expectations.

Port Harcourt is by far the most advanced city in Nigeria after Lagos and Abuja. It also has by far the highest ratio of upper middle class.

There are at least 1/4th of Imo state population living and earning their living in Onitsha, it does not matter the part of Imo state they come from but they are from Imo state from Orlu to Owerre to Oguta to Mbaise etc, they are into number of things from industry workers to trading to services etc. Some hoods in Onitsha like Fegge, Awada and Okpoko are dominated and filled by at least 50% by the people from Imo state.

This is contrasted the other way round because Lagos indigenes don't necessarily go and live in Ibadan the same way Anambra indigenes does not go to live in Imo state. Also the same way Rivers people do not necessarily go to live in Bayelsa.

Hispitality industry is good investment Mr Chino. Rockview is the biggest 5 star hotel owned by a private individual in the entire East of Niger. Its thriving in Owerri and should be encouraged. I have written in the past that the best choice area for industries in the East is Aba, Oil based firms and corporate business is Port harcourt, mass retail and marketing is Onitsha, auto spareparts industry is Nnewi and hospitality is Owerri. A wise investor will always go for where his investment will yield higher and faster.
