The Azikiwe according to Jonathan was named after Dr Zik by his mom, however, I doubt the story as he only started using it in 2011. It appears more political than truthful.

Thank you my brother for teaching that yoruba id$iot a little history. These people are always trying to create division between Igbos and their brothers in SS. They don't travel, have poor understanding of the culture and heritage of other tribes. I'm sure this idiot in real life will see a calabar, Ogbia, Ibibio man and mistake him for Igbo. But this same idiot will come online and create division between SS and SE. There was one the other day trying to argue with me that Biafra was only an Igbo cause, I simply asked him, who was the second president of the Republic of Biafra? He doesn't know. Well I told him it was General Effiong; an Ibibio man from Cross River. He was shocked and surprised. The extent of relationship between Igbos and SS is so depth that many yorubas don't have a clue.

If three sitting governors in the SS could be married to Igbo women, just imagine the millions of intermarriage between the ordinary folks of these regions. I'm calabar and a product of Enugu and Cross River intermarriage. My point is, no matter how you ignorant people try to separate us, it's an effort in futility!
