According to the US War College website, this International fellow thing is just a course based on mutual understanding between countries and certificates are not really issued. Yet people are calling it an MSC. Na wa o. See programmes offered by the college on links below Welcome to the homepage of the International Fellows Program of the United States Army War College (USAWC) located in historical Carlisle, Pennsylvania. Each year approximately 80 senior military officers from 75 different countries are extended an invitation from the Chief of Staff of the United States Army to attend the U.S. Army War College. The academic year is full of studying, research, and fellowship as these officers are exposed to and instructed in areas ranging from military concepts and doctrine to national and theater level strategies. International FellowsI tried to verify the picture below online but could not find any other info. I don't know if it is accurate or doctored. www.nairaland.com/attachments/2000960_capture_png1_jpeg4d2e313d7bafebb5af0240fc89039d4c I also just noticed on Pic below that GMB just recently joined the class of 1980 online.

That invitation was given to Buhari because of the position he held in the Nigerian Army. They aren't interested in how he managed to reach that height. It's just a gesture from the US Goverment. But then, INEC is trying to say they do not actually need it. |

Now there is the heart of the problem. You lot always mistake sensless rants as discussion. I mean, if the OP can come out with something this senseless and flawed, what discussion should emanate if not drunkenness and idiocy..... rozayx5: |
