POZCOMA is a telecommunication organization that is into partnership with Etisalat. We are looking for the following position.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

Answer phones and respond to customer requests.
Sell product and place customer orders in computer system.
Provide customers with product and service information.
Upsell products and services.
Transfer customer calls to appropriate staff.
Identify, research, and resolve customer issues using the computer system.
Follow-up on customer inquires not immediately resolved.
Complete call logs and reports.
Research billing issues.
Research misapplied payments.
Recognize, document and alert the supervisor of trends in customer calls.
Recommend process improvements.
Other duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENT
Must be an OND holder
Must have a computer knowledge
Should have three years experience
Must be willing to relocate to other West African Countries

Heheh, they are looking for an OND older whose life dey wanna finish.
So 3yrs after OND he should still be workinh bah? He shouldnt go futher, and wen he gets the job and gets relocated to Zambia, how would he ever become a graduate?

What is their website? This looks like scam to me.
