Honestly, i dont know the implication of this.
Does it mean there will be 24 hour power supply or does it result to free wifi within the state?
I know its a good thing but can someone elucidate

Well there are a lot of benefits including faster connections speeds to the internet, cheaper connection rates, more reliable services, e.t.c.

Just think about trying to pass signals through two mediums, wires and air.

Trying to pass signals through the air as is the case with wireless services like 3g/4g often leads to greater loss in signal propagation from obstructing buildings, dust and so on.

However passing signals through wires ensures a more reliable medium for faster signal propagation while mitigating loses.

Calabar and Uyo gets a lot of good news these days. Seems they have really very hard working governors. That's a good thing!.

Sure Thang. Top 3 projects featured on CNN's inside Africa came from Lagos (Ekó Atlantic city) , Akwaibom(Staduim:Nest of champions) and Crossriver( Calabar intl conference center).

Did I see MTN mentioned on the OP? It is time Nigeria do most important things on their own before the mediocres and overrated South Africans start to say nonsense as if it is a gift.

Digital city ko...Analog city ni...as a resident of Calabar the first question that arose in my mind when i saw this post was "how does this put food on the table of that poor woman selling tomatoes at marian market or the struggling youth selling okrika at the watt market shopping center. i think it is high time we have a Government that is people-centered rather than propaganda based. How can you feel the effect of digitalization in an area like mine where there has been no sign of electricity for the past 9 months? yet the utility providers keep pelting you with outrageous bills. The sooner our political leaders indulge in self-empowerment projects for the masses the better! I rest my case.

While some governors govern on the pages of newspapers, others are just doing their own quietly, no noise, no propaganda. Just quietly delivering the goods to their people.

This is how to govern.

Now this is how a lazy man think

We are not in socialism

The digital infrastructure is an enabler and it will assist the woman to use a pos efficiently it will assist the tax man to access data base seamless it will assist the teacher and school in e learning and it will assist the government in e government

There are so many deriveables

The question is that would the last selling tomatoes upgrade to the new order
