Who goes to jail is determined by the Law courts and not the president. Or is he going there to condemn or manage the Judiciary? Maybe we should nominate him for chief justice of the Federation....

In a true democratic system,there is what they call Rule of Law. And this rule of law says nobody is above the law.If an ex prime minister(silvio berlusconi,italy) and a serving senator(Jefferson,U.S) can be sent to prison.I see no reason why it cannot be done here.In a true democratic sys,no matter who you are,if you are found culpable of going against the law,you must definitely face the consequence.It's just unfortunate we dont practise democracy here but rather democrazy.However,the change is coming and he has spoken.

You might need to calm down, read what i wrote and your reply, then you'll see that it dont connect.

Nobody is saying rule of law dont exist and wont stop corruption, The president cant jail nobody, only the Judiciary can- Its not a military era.

You report to appropriate authorities ( Police, EFCC, ICPC)
They will investigate and if they have enough evidence, they can charge the person to court.
If they don't have, end of story.

At the court, the accused will have at least a lawyer to defend him.

The case will be argued and the judge ill decide.

If the accused is found guilty, he would be sentenced.
Some sentence have the option of fine.

If not found guilty, the case would be dismissed.

Perhaps, Buhari does not know this because of his lack of education!

The citadel of corruption is the man he gave APC flag in Akwa Ibom state. if you don't know, he is the only man that as at 2012 was giving money to his supporters with Citizen bank wraps. please check when that bank was disbanded.

He will first change all the corrupt judges in our judicial system and replace them with credible ones and also ensure they are not starved of cash.
He will replace the corrupt ridden heads at both EFCC and ICPC with those that have zero tolerance for corruption.
He will strike out the plea bargain option in EFCC Act,because, this is where an average corrupt person rely on to perpetrate his/her evil act.
He will persuade the national assembly to strip off any immunity clause enjoyed by all public office holders including himself.
He will reduce monetary allocations to all public offices,this will make public service unattractice to those with ulterior motives.
Finally, he lead by example by living a very simple and peasant life like the great jose mujica of Uruguay.
For your info,you must not be armed with all the certificates in this world to be a good and visionary leader.Thomas Sakara was one of the greatest leaders in Africa and never went to a university.
So you calling Buhari an illiterate also tells me how unintelligent you are..tnx.

When Buhari talks, you know an illitrate is talking. How will he stablize oil price?

Buhari is an unrepentant dictator!

When he talks about jailing people he is remembering the way he jailed people like Fela, Solarin and Ojukwu for no reason!

So, how do you know corrupt judges?

In a country where corruption has eaten so deep that parents bribe for their childrens exam success, promotion and admission, prisons would be eqaul to living houses.
