Goodluck Jonathan says "All Nigerians are Adults"when addressing the issue of the permanent voters card yesterday. How true is this statement ? are all Nigerians truly Adults ?

Shame of a president. He said all Nigerians must vote in 2015 and he repeated it like three times. I was waiting for him to change it to eligible Nigerians but it shows how truly clueless the man is.
