Friends I need you to help me out like my fifa 15 have been playing for sometime but this days it just keep hanging on my BlackBerry Q10 what can I do plssssss to make fast and stop hanging

Well, I don't know for you guys. But for me it started some weeks ago. I only use the glo for my BlackBerry no calls or anything like that. So if I recharge d 1k I do bis and it's gone. So some weeks bk I tried to check like a hundred times and it ddnt go cz my accnt is zero, so when I got message my bis is remaining the 147mb I recharged 1k and checked d balance, this time the message delivered and 4 naira was deducted. Ever since if I check they deduct my 4 naira.

Try calibrating the battery. Plug your BlackBerry to a laptop that has bblink, fire up the bblink and then remove the battery from the phone for 5 mins while it's still plugged then put it back in the phone and let it boot. It will be fine now. Works on my bro's z10.

Please is it the offline version? have you tried closing running apps that might be eating up the CPU and RAM?

I just got a new z10 and I was having no problems opening the pictures app. I updated the phone with model number STL100-1 to 10.2.1.3062 yesterday and now whenever the pictures app icon is taped it tries to open but then immediately closes. The thumbnail opens for a split second before going away. I tried restarting it and stuff but honestly have no clue what to try next. I was wondering if anyone else has had this problem and how they fixed the issue.
