Compliments of the season to you Gentlemen. I kind of need assistance from the experts in this forum/thread. attached is an estimate from my builder for foundation work on my proposed storey building of 4 flats (2 bedrooms down and 3bedrooms up). its on solid land. I solicit professional critique of the estimate. I really need to cut costs, its gonna be a three year project considering my income level. thank you all in anticipation for your kind advise.By the way the building is for Abuja. Dimension of the building is 24.4m by 12.1m

2. 40 -60
3. Too cheap needs to be minimum 6 inches. 40-50
4 okay
5. This and 8 should be 40-60
6. 1500 blocks should do rste of 45 is good
7. Okay
8. See 5 above
9. 40-50
10. 60-70
11. Okay
12. Okay if he is sourcing matetials otherwise 10 days st 10k is fine

on second thought the 1500 for the blocks might still be too generous unless it is going to be up to 5 coach or more.

Yes gabby, its gonna get up to 5 coaches according to the builder, i have actually resolved to buy just 1500 for this stage. thanks once again for the info.
