He used a Chinese company to rehabilitate aba roads, especially unpassable ohanku road. And cleared refuse dumps aba residents heap on the major roads. I was so shocked when I visited aba last Oct and my heart bled for the city. Port harcourt road is a cow dung, heaps of refuse have resurfaced on major roads. I refused to eat in the town for the fear of epidemic.
On enquiry, I was told that it was theodore's hatred for ngwa people. Was told that whenever the governor visited the town, he was always pelted with pure water.

I hate to break it to you bro, but as it stands now, igbos don't have any stand. Had it being we aligned with APC initally, we would have been given the VP slot and make our climb to the presidency easier. But under PDP, after jonathan (if he wins) North would rule for another 8 years, then hand over to SW who will rule for another 8 years before it could come to igbos (a total of 20 years). But in APC, after buhari, if we play our cards well, we can the Presidential ticket or at the worst a SW goes for another 8 years, making it 16 years, before we can have a go at it. We have put ourselves in the middle of devil and the deep blue sea. But 16years is still better than 20 years.
