Buhari made two orders as President/Dictator and they were for Armoured Personnel Carrier (APC) and Air Search Radar for Murtala Mohammed Airport! Those were the two military hardware Buhari bought in his tenure. It's so true, Buhari never bought a single rifle. He only bought vehicles fo transportation! |
